With the largest specialised collection of material on ceramics worldwide we are uniquely placed to answer your enquiry.

We search for and collect information from around the world on a daily basis, ensuring the information we provide is fully up to date. This information can be accessed a number of ways, through the services of an information specialist, via regular e-mail bulletins, our alert service, the Internet or even in person within the centre.

Our staff are able to assist with research into subjects such as commercial or marketing information, environmental guidance, technical problem solving and scientific research including access to national and international standards and numerous journals.
